Very Big Dog Launches Brand New Blog.

As Michelle Golden and others have noticed, three weeks ago Guy Kawasaki--consultant, author, branding wonk and former Apple Computer evangelist--launched a new blog: Let The Good Times Roll. His post yesterday is called The Art of Branding. As when I read Michelle on this or any other client service subject (see e.g., 3 great Golden Marketing posts here, here and here from earlier this month), when I see Guy's posts I feel like I should just read/listen--not talk or type. We need more non-lawyers, whether or not they are marketing superstars like Guy or Michelle, in the client service conversation. Badly. Note for starters "3. Speak English" in Guy's post. Can we lawyers, accountants, engineers, actuaries and other know-it-alls, Western logic freaks and connect-the-dots jocks look up from our computers, stay still, not talk and listen for a while?
