The Rules

Eighteen months ago--and putting this blog and the firm of Hull McGuire at considerable risk of being known as the lawyer-authors of "Who Moved My Bates-Stamp?"--we completed writing "The Rules of Client Service". They work with the most sophisticated users of legal services on earth.
