CPR, and The Politics of Disputes: "The Mediator's Handbook"

On September 5, General Electric's Mike McIlwrath interviewed Jenny Beer, co-author of The Mediator's Handbook, in his weekly radio show at The International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR).
