Hull McGuire PC, Plaintiff v. _____, Defendant (USMDFla).

Poof!

"Hey, [Hull McGuire lawyer], what happened to your blog?" Sorry everyone. But 6 weeks of blog posts, including some linked to by feature stories of major media outlets, were lost in a routine hosting services transfer. About 40 posts. And, some think, some of Dan Hull's best writing.

Until this morning, we had in effect been offline for five (5) days--the first time we have been offline ever since we launched in 2005. Now are back, sort of, with 1/3 of this summer's work missing in the ether. We're still sorting through the carnage and wreckage caused by severely customer service-challenged GenYs who work out of Florida and maybe one other hosting service.

We're still trying to figure this out, Jack.

Unfortunately, some of the lost posts were from our popular new series called "The Best of Partner Emeritus." We fear disgruntled regular "What About Clients/Paris?" readers, normally a urbane, WASPy and white shoe lot, storming our offices with zipguns, pitchforks and torches.

We, too, are pissed off. We're working on it.
