Lovemarks Update: Catch Lisa Haneberg's Mini-Series.
Management Craft is a blog by Lisa Haneberg. All week long in honor of Valentine's Day Lisa's discussing Kevin Roberts' Lovemarks from a management perspective. Today's post is part 3 of a series she calls "Love and Management--Lovemarks Revisited All Week". Again, thanks to Arnie Herz at Legal Sanity for this one.

Thanks for mentioning my posts about Lovemarks. I will enjoy reading your perspective and Arnie's on the topic too! It is interesting how some things - love, connection, inspiration, mystery - transcend barriers, functions, and industries.
What will the future bring? In a time where technology is automating more things (we are becoming more robotic) will there also be a renewal o personalized service, communication, and relationships? Hmmm....

No--thank you, Lisa. I have been reading through your sites--lawyers, accountants, professional service providers, consultants and other assorted control freaks with advanced degrees who want repeat business should get familiar with you. We can be an inflexible lot. And as a rule we do not manage others well. Dan
