. . . and yet so many lawyers act as if passengers. Just along for the ride in their own careers trusting a benevolent Captain. There is a Golden Rule in law firm management spoken only behind closed doors by those in the know: "Rainmakers who control relationships with the clients, get to rule the law firm!"
