Good state court news
On a subject WAC? has posted on before--we believe popularly electing state judges degrades corporate multi-officed and non-U.S. clients (and all clients), their lawyers and the courts alike (see, e.g., here and here)--Walter Olson at Point of Law noticed that: "The Illinois Civil Justice League thinks the state would do better with an appointive process, rather than partisan elections as at present". Bravo.
