I started working on a series of cross-selling posts six months ago, and am still not sure how many posts I will have on the topic, or when. There's an enormous amount of conflicting information out there.

The last time I got this confused was more than a year ago, when I wrote about client satisfaction surveys. Of course, that led to numerous exchanges in your blog, in mine and in others. It took a while, but I thought that process ultimately produced a reasonable consensus. I am hoping the same will happen this time. - Jim
