Governor Spitzer resigns.

Effective St. Patrick's Day. Classy and smart speech, at least--and we think you'll be seeing him again. Bloomberg. Hello, Governor Paterson.

"Classy and smart speech"

Huh? Did you actually hear it?

Yeah, Dan and I both thought it was politically pitch perfect under the circumstances. We don't love the guy--but he'll be back. Watch.

Sorry, but I think you've been watching too much American Idol. His speech was a disaster and he's gone. I'd tell you to watch, but there won't be anything to see.
