Mr. Greenfield's 14th Amendment Blawg Review.

[E]verything we do as lawyers and in the law ultimately bears upon due process and equal protection, whether positively or negatively. There is nothing more fundamental to the law. And that's how this criminal defense lawyer sees the world and the blawgosphere.

This week's edition of Blawg Review, No. 170, is hosted by trial lawyer, writer and frequent media guest Scott Greenfield at Simple Justice. He pays tribute to the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which was passed 140 years ago today. Greenfield's #170 is a lot like Greenfield the Lawyer: forthright, thorough, witty, exemplary.
