Looking into the void. John of Patmos writes the Book of Revelation in this Hieronymus Bosch painting (1505). The lapsed Anglicans and Belfast Protestants who write WAC? are not conventionally religious--but we think the Bible is interesting. And we think that whoever really wrote Revelation (no one really knows) was an intriguing and compelling loon. We'd hire him as a writer in a flash.
