Wimps & Gimps: What's left at "Big Law" these days?

Besides bad gene pools and huge overheads? In many firms, Ferraris now run along side Ford Fiestas. Talent was watered-down as the price of growth and expansion. Firms hired lawyers they would not have thrown quarters at 20 years ago. And:
1. Business models relying on client acceptance of inefficiencies.
2. Bad Service as a rule. Mediocre Products at best.
3. And too few Calls to Arms. A Circus of Followers.
