Wimps & Gimps? What's left at Big Law these days, anyway?

The old fortune teller lies dead on the floor. Nobody needs fortunes told anymore. --Dave Davies, Ray Davies

Besides bad gene pools and huge overheads? In many firms, Ferraris now run along side Ford Fiestas. Talent was watered-down as the price of growth and expansion. Firms hired lawyers they would not have thrown quarters at 20 years ago. And:

1. Business models relying on client acceptance of inefficiencies.

2. Bad Service as a rule. Mediocre Products at best.

3. And too few Calls to Arms. A Circus of Followers.
