5 Things Savvy Clients Want.

1. Quarterbacks. Not mechanics and generic dweebs.

2. Value. Not reduced rates.

3. Verve. Not risk aversion.

4. Straight Talk. Not lawyer-accountant wank-speak.

5. Sane Writing. No typing with a lisp, either.

On Structure of the Professional Service Firm

Someone recently directed my attention to the November 2011 issue of Inc. magazine, page 86 if you invest in a hard copy at the airport.

The article is a great great piece about structure at The Richards Group, the big AD agency. Oh how I wish I could learn how others service clients.

Anyway, a hell of an article with lots of ideas for your shop.

Love this line, "Creativity doesn't need a must. It needs a drill sergeant."

If you have baggers or other associates, give them your used copy after the New Year.

All my best, Peace and Prosperity.

I'm interested, Moe. I will get that Inc. issue.
