Pantheon: Ms. Mulligan.
Already a stage and screen standout and national treasure in England, London-born Carey Hannah Mulligan just turned 30. She was nominated in 2009 for an Oscar as best actress based on work she did at 23. She is now in the new film version of Thomas Hardy's Far From The Madding Crowd.
