Massey Coal due process-recusal case argued.

Fourteenth Amendment--Due Process Clause--Popularly Elected Judges--$3 Million Campaign Contributions--Overturned $50 Million Verdicts--That Recusal Thing. Caperton v. A.T. Massey Coal Company, Inc.
