Have a job? It doesn't mean you're smart, Jack. Not even a little smart.

It may mean you're conformist, unimaginative, risk-averse, white or lucky enough not to live and work in El Centro, California, a vibrant, hot, tough and hard-working large U.S. farming border town I've spent lots of time in since 1996.
