Rule Five: "Over-Communicate": Bombard, Copy and Confirm

From our 12 Rules of Client Service, here's Rule Five. Not everyone agrees with this one. But it works as a general rule. In fact, if you work hard at consistently informing clients of everything as things happens--and it's harder to do this with proportion and class than it sounds, folks--you can't lose.
