Canadian Bar Association: Getting and keeping good clients.
Keeping your good clients, getting new ones, and making the good new ones "stick" is on everyone's mind these days. For the 3.5 years WAC? has operated, the Canadian Bar Association's PracticeLink on "Client Services" has been (hands down) the best bar organization site out there on client service, which CBA apparently sees as a way of lawyer life. "A full-time activity" is the expression used. It's well thought-out, packed with the best resources, and goes far beyond the usual lawyer lip service on CS.
